Combines a small outworld, feeding portal and test tube rack into one simple design! This Founding Portal is aimed at Small to Medium species that will be comfortable starting in test tubes. The design build takes the concept of a test-tube and tub setup and makes it space efficient by allowing the colony to expand into up to 3 test tubes, while maintaining an easy to see into and clean feeding portal. Perfect for when tube feeding gets difficult or for founding a Semi-Claustral Queen if tube feeding isn’t your thing.

Adapters are available for all tube sizes, allowing you to easily expand or relocate a colony into a larger nest, or add a larger outworld area.

▸ Easily add and remove up to 3x 16mm, 18mm or 20mm test tubes* for cleaning or expansion when your colony grows (Please request size in the order comments)
▸ Each tube can be isolated via escape proof turning gates, letting you control when your ants expand
