These are one of the smallest ants we offer, with the workers being 1mm or less. They are really, REALLY small. The queens are dark black, which, along with their size, contrasts them against the bright orange of the workers. This species is very slow moving and non-aggressive. As a result of their size and tendency to slip through small gaps in their enclosures, we rate their care level at medium. Not suited for our mesh nests.
