This species of spiny ant is very visually similar to the Polyrhachis Ammon, both with a lovely shiny gold abdomen. The rest of the body is black, and they’re a little bit smaller than Ammon. They are less aggressive too, and are a good fit for an intermediate ant-keeper with experience for caring for semi-Claustral queens.
